House Foods America Corporation (HFA), one of the largest Tofu manufacturers in the United States is composed of three different operations. The core operation is the manufacturing and distribution of Hinoichi Tofu, House Tofu, and other Tofu products such as Age, Natto, and Konnyaku products. The second operation is the importing of processed foods manufactured by its parent company, House Foods Corporation, Japan; one of the largest manufacturers of curry sauce mixes, spices, and processed foods. The third operation is the managing of a chain of six Curry House restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area serving a variety of Curry and Spaghetti entrées. House Foods America strives to provide the best quality products to consumers and customers, and bring the rich Japanese food culture to the United States.
