Sakura Noodle, Inc. manufactures fresh (not dry) instant "Udon" (Japanese flour-based noodles) and 6 different soup base (powder) flavors. The available flavors are oriental, shrimp, beef, chicken, mushroom, and hot & spicy. We also carry fresh Japanese style ramen noodles, soba (buckwheat) noodles, saimin (Hawaiian style) noodles, and "Nabeyaki Udon", which is an oriental flavor udon with shrimp tempura packaged in an aluminum bowl. (All noodles are fresh and must be kept refrigerated.)
