Pork Miso Soup
Ingredients:
Pork
Vegetables (Carrot, Burdock,, Potato, Japanese radish, Leek, etc.)
Konnyaku
Water
Miso
Soup base (Dashinomoto)
Oil
Directions:
Cut Vegetables and Konnyaku into thin slices. Cut Pork into bite-size
pieces.
Heat oil in saucepan. Saute Pork and Vegetables in
saucepan until lightly browned.
Add water (4 cups) and bring to a boil. Cook over low to medium heat
about 20 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat. Add Soup base (2 tsp.) and Miso (3 oz.) to mixture.
